Here's a good day out. A pleasant run to the tuart forests outside Busselton and along the coast to the tea house at the base of the jetty.On to Dunsborough and down the Caves Road to Prevelly on the coast. Across to Margaret River for lunch, then back up the Bussell Highway to the bypass road, past Busselton and on to Capel, from Capel across to Boyanup and home to Bunbury.
This is a round trip of about 250Km with plenty of breaks and some really good roads.
• Starting from Spencer St
• Head south on Spencer St towards Edward St
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Mangles St
• Turn right onto Blair St
• Continue onto Bussell Hwy
• Go through 2 roundabouts
• Turn right onto Tuart Drive
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Layman Rd
• Turn right onto Guerin St
• Guerin St turns slightly left and becomes Geographe Bay Rd
• Continue onto Scout Rd
• Turn right onto Marine Tce
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Queen St
• Turn right onto Albert St
• Continue onto Bussell Hwy
• Continue onto Caves Rd
• Go through 1 roundabout
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Seymour Boulevard
• Head south-east on Seymour Boulevard towards Dunsborough Pl
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Caves Rd
• Turn left to stay on Caves Rd
• Turn right onto Wallcliffe Rd 5
• Turn right onto Surfers Point Rd
• Take the 1st left on to Mitchell Drive
• Head north-west on Mitchell Drive towards Pappadakis St
• Turn right onto Surfers Point Rd
• Turn left onto Wallcliffe Rd
• Turn left onto Caves Rd
• Turn right onto Wallcliffe Rd Go through 1 roundabout
To: Margaret River, Western Australia
Directions to Vasse, Western Australia
• Starting from Bussell Hwy
• Head north on Bussell Hwy towards Willmott Ave Arriving at Bussell Hwy
• Head east on Bussell Hwy towards Florence Rd
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Busselton Bypass
• Go through 1 roundabout
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bussell Hwy
• Keep left at the fork
• Slight left to stay on Bussell Hwy
• Slight right onto Capel Drive
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Gavins Rd
• Turn left onto Railway Rd
• Continue onto Trigwell Rd
• Turn left onto South Western Hwy/National Route 1 (signs for Bunbury)
• Turn right onto Bunbury Bypass
• Turn left onto Picton Rd
• Take the 1st left on to Forrest Ave
• Slight right onto Spencer St Arriving at Spencer St
